Review | Avroy Shlain Coppelia Amerhyst Always
Today I just thought that I should do a quick review of the Avroy Shlain Coppelia Colour Liquid Lips the shade Amerhyst Always*.
The liquid lipsticks come in a transparent packaging with a black lid and has gold detailed trimmings.
The package itself stands out from what is currently available on the market. The whole range currently
comes in 5 shades Coral Calling, Perpetually Pink, Stuck On Scarlet, Flaming Forever and Amerhyst Always which I'm wearing
on the above picture.
The Coppelia Colour Liquid Lips dries matte and the colour pay off is really great and honey the liquid lippie does not transfer.
The only bad thing really and it is not related to the lippies but availability of the products as sales representatives are not easily available.
I could be premature in saying this however the year is over and I will say it anyways.
Best affordable Matte Lippie of the year in my books, and this year I tried lippies (scroll through the pages)
Coppelia Colour Liquid Lips retail for R139 - SHOP HERE

Event | World Toilet Day with Domestos & Isu"lihle Primary School
Newly Renovated toiltes being handed over by Domestos & Unicef to School Principal |
On Friday we celebrated World Toilet Day 2016 at Isu'lihle Senior Primary School in my home town Soweto as Demostos unveiled a new block of toilets. Domestos is pissed off about poor sanitation in schools and they are actually doing something about it.
Being someone who actually went to a Primary School and High School in Soweto I know first hand the toilet situation. Our public school situation in SA is at a point were funds are never enough for new building constructions let alone maintaining the old ones which sadly includes toilets that are being used on a daily basis by the kids.
“Domestos recognises that government cannot do it alone.” stated Cynthia Luthuli, Domestos’ Brand Manager. Isu'lihle Senior Primary School being the 27th School to benefit from the campaign I'm actually impressed.
For more information about the campaign please follow this link www.domestos.co.za
You can also do your part to help us raise awareness in the country.
Please share this video

Quotes For Coping
The type of week I had deserves these quotes*.
xx
Zanele
“Sometimes I just think depression's one way of coping with the world. Like, some people get drunk, some people do drugs, some people get depressed. Because there's so much stuff out there that you have to do something to deal with it.”
― Ned Vizzini,
“It's funny: I always imagined when I was a kid that adults had some kind of inner toolbox full of shiny tools: the saw of discernment, the hammer of wisdom, the sandpaper of patience. But then when I grew up I found that life handed you these rusty bent old tools - friendships, prayer, conscience, honesty - and said 'do the best you can with these, they will have to do'. And mostly, against all odds, they do.”
― Anne Lamott, Traveling Mercies: Some Thoughts on Faith
“When a hurricane damaged my father's house, my brother rushed over with a gas grill, three coolers of beer, and an enormous Fuck-It Bucket - a plastic pail filled with jawbreakers and bite-size candy bars. ("When shit brings you down, just say 'fuck it,' and eat yourself some motherfucking candy.")”
― David Sedaris
“You never really know what's coming. A small wave, or maybe a big one. All you can really do is hope that when it comes, you can surf over it, instead of drown in its monstrosity.”
― Alysha Speer
“I guess in the end, it doesn’t matter what we wanted. What matters is what we chose to do with the things we had.”
― Mira Grant, Deadline
“Humor can make a serious difference. In the workplace, at home, in all areas of life – looking for a reason to laugh is necessary. A sense of humor helps us to get through the dull times, cope with the difficult times, enjoy the good times and manage the scary times.”
― Steve Goodier
“The mind knows the truth when your heart denies what it feels. When you don't feel safe to let people in it is because you're not ready to deal with the pain of honesty.”
― Shannon L. Alder

Hair Review | DivaStyle Brown Sugar LaceWig
In September I just couldn't take my breaking relaxed hair so I did the big chop.
Well this won't be a blogpost telling you about me going natural or not cause
Well this won't be a blogpost telling you about me going natural or not cause
I'm not even sure if I'm going natural or not.
This post mainly is to do my first weave/wig review on the hair/wig that I have been rocking.
Please be good to me this is my first wig review.
I purchased the hair in September and I think that it is now time for a review.
This is a 16inch unit, and comes with a lace frontal and one side parting.
The lace part is already bleached.
The unit is quite easy to install, it's a wig (for crying out loud).
Come with combs and elastic band.
Come with combs and elastic band.
The shredding is minimal to none but the tangling is a bit horrifying
I need to iron it almost 3 times weekly.
The wig can also hold a curl properly.
The wig can also hold a curl properly.
I would say that this is a good wig for someone who is entering the wig game.
The hair was purchased from the hair store StyleDiva.
The unit is called BrownSugar Colour 02 Human Hair
The unit costs R1299

Manicure Monday | Weekend Catch-Up
KANGOL /// Nail Varnish /// SHOP : HERE |
On Friday while driving to work I nearly got into an accident because I was angry over a situation I cannot change. While I was in that moment a lot of mixed feelings came over me but one thing that made me pull on those brakes was my family. Driving while in a high emotional state is just dangerous. If you find yourself highly emotional and driving, just calm down listen to your favourite song and just don't worry too much and remember that the best is yet to come.
Overall my weekend was eye opening I learnt alot about myself and I created a lot of pre-post ideas. I watched a lot of TV this weekend mostly movies, Idols and KUWTK. On Sundays show of the KUWTK Kim said something to Kendall "You only have control of your life" and that also helped put whatever sorrow I'm currently experiencing into light. When I'm ready to tell what made me nearly have an accident I will surely tell you, please be patient with me and keep me in your prayers.
On a lighter note on the blog this week you can expect for the first time a hair reviews and FOTD posts. FOTD posts have been doing really well on the blog and I'm really happy about that.
On Bloglovin I have reached 500 followers and shout-out to Mexico I see you.
Have a great and fabulous week guys.
Till tomorrow

Weekend Reading | New In November
“Here's to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They're not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can't do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.”
― Rob Siltanen
