Happy Food Friday and today is an easy one, we are making pancakes.

Hopefully you get to try the pancakes this weekend with your family.
The ingredients are nice and easy, plus affordable as this recipe does not need much
it just needs items like flour, an egg, sugar, etc

INGREDIENTS:
makes (10 to 12 pancakes)
1 1/2 cups of milk
1 1/2 cups of milk
1 egg
1tsp vanilla essence
1/4 cup of smooth peanut butter
1 1/8 cup flour
2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp Royal Banking Powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup of roughly chopped up Cadbury Bournville chocolate
METHOD:
Mix together milk, egg, vanilla essence and peanut butter until smooth.
In a separate bowl mix together flour, sugar, royal baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Then add the wet ingredients to the dry ones.
Then add the chopped up chocolate and fold into batter gently.
In a non-stick pan on a medium heat start cooking your pancakes.

form bubbles on top flip them over with a spatula.
Cook the pancakes for 1-2 minutes until both sides asre golden brown.
In a small bowl or jug, mix your peanut butter and maple syrup with a fork then heat the mixture in a microwave for about 30 seconds.
Stir and combine.
Pour the peanut butter over the top of the pancakes when serving and sprinkle

My Thoughts:
Doing the pancakes was great and easy, however like all my pancakes
I prefer doing the batter overnight.

I used the Cadbury Milk Chocolate instead and it came out fine,
