Hey guys!!! hope all is well, we are half way through the
week and can it end already because this weekend I’m off and I'm going to be
doing the most...(hopefully).
Weight-loss for me is a journey and hey as long as I'm losing
something each week then that means I'm making progress, right!
I saw an Insta post and the person was like don't use the
scale blah blah blah and I'm like do whatever works for you. In my case I will be tracking my weight-loss journey with
the scale cause I feel like that works best for me, heck I even upgraded to a
digital scale so that
I can track my progress well.
I don't want to lie and say that losing weight or being on a
weight-loss journey is easy and because I'm an emotional eater and can down a big
bag of potato chips in a minute then it makes this journey even harder.
This past week was also hard because I didn't go to the gym
even once as my work schedule was crazy so I just drank alot of water
throughout and did some stomach exercises.
Losing this weight will be hard but I'm loving what I'm
doing so far.
